I was reactive instead of proactive. I didn’t feel like I belonged and I couldn’t manage my emotions. I didn’t feel worthy and even when I hit rock bottom, I still didn’t believe I was worth the time and money it would take to change. It took a huge shift to allow me the chance to look within and discover my true purpose. Coaching played a big, beautiful role in that and that is when I discovered my passion for holding others up, encouraging communities to thrive and using my experience and newfound power to show others what is possible.
